Mindfulness for Educators – Shifting from Burnout to Well-Being

Burnout is all too common in our field of practice, with obvious impacts on well-being and enjoyment of life. In this workshop, participants will learn about mindfulness and the many ways they can establish an easily accessible practice to turn their burnout story around (or prevent it from happening all together). Many of the practices can be adapted to use within early years classrooms as well.

Session Objective: Provide participants with experiential learning so they can develop a personal self-care practice (or enhance one they already have)
